Try my reef to yours, they have great reviews.

Also check out salt critters. I've heard good things about them too.

The best place might be your LFS to save on shipping. If you are ordering online, there are a lot of good ones out there. Take a look at all of the sponsors. They have great selections.

None of are LFS sale the coral I am looking for and if they do it's about 3x as much online if you add shipping

Most of them have a great selection and good feedback. The ones I have personally used and had good success with are:
BuyTheReef.com- great selection and excellent prices
SexyCorals.com- very nice corals though they may not have much in your price range
BattleCorals.com- very nice to deal with, decent selection
CherryCorals.com- large selection of nice corals, but many may be higher than your range
JasonFoxSignatureCorals.com- actually haven't used, but he is one of the originators of many of the high-end corals
MrCoral.com- great selection and great prices
