Trying to decide the best place to set my 46 gallon Bowfront up. I was thinking the 48" wide tv cubby or next to the garage door under the alarm keypad.

The cubby may suck for maintenance and would prob have to get a table to mount low. Thoughts?

Under key pad. Everyone can see it as soon as they walk in. You will notice if anything goes wrong quick not a day later.

I like the under keypad too kinda... The white couch is gone. I have a couch on the back wall and a recliner so there is alot of room to walk

I'd go with under the keypad. The cubby is too cramped to easily do maintenance, and that will eventually lead to no maintenance. The humidity coming off the tank could also start to mess with the top of the cubby. Keep an eye that the humidity doesn't mess with the key pad though.

Would there be a lot of temp fluctuation if it's by the door?

Updated pic of discussed room from kitchen.... Only downside is if hy keypad tank would have to be 6" or so from wall for hob filter unless I ran my 305 canister
