Whats the ideal lighting for a Miami hurricane chalice? do they like low light? medium? high ? Any input would be great. Asking because i notice the blues are a little purple , but nothing major. looks really healthy , but want to give it the right lighting for growth. i am currently running 2 x 150 mhs with 14k bulbs. thanks.

i have my frag rack up high on the back wall. i have the tech tank with the euro brace so the light gets cut off high up on the tank. do you think that is adequate? i know it's high on par , but really shaded area.

Mines on the bottom in low light. Keeps that blue hue and orange eyes really poke out. Hope this helps. Al

thanks for the input. figured as much. i really need to plumb in a frag tank , lol. frag racks and placement are getting on my nerves. think i want a frag tank just for my chalices and paly/zoo grow outs. thanks all.
