I have a 20 gallon high that I’m planing to keep acros and montipora and bidsnest, pls such as hammers torches frogspawn Duncan’s recordáis Zoas and acans. So with that info I was wondering what would be the best power head for what I’m doing and it’s got to be a low price

I like Nero 5 and my WAV pumps by Neptune

I initially had Hydor Koralia 425's on a controller which were fine, but I wanted more control so I upgraded to the Ecotech MP10. No complaints for either, just more control on the MP10. Hydor's customer service was awesome also, especially for being a cheaper option.

Ecotech:
More expensive ($300)
Mobile App
Easier to Clean

Hydor:
Cheap ($35 each)

I really like the Nero series as it has a pretty wide dispersion and can move some water around. Jebao Slw series is similar and cheaper but not made nearly as well (the AI app is decent too for the Nero pumps). Maybe start with a Nero 5 and add smaller pumps to that is my suggestion.

well I have a Hydor 600 currently and I added a motipora and it just died even though it was getting the right par and I have had some birds nest in the past that have died the same way

and my budget is less than 200 but more preferably less than 150 and the pump has to be able to have a 3d printed nem gaurd cause i have a rainbow bubble tip anemone too

I like the EcoTech MP line, MP10 for your size. I had 2 hydors on 2 different tanks and both went bad and zapped the crap out of me when I stuck my hand in the water. They went bad about a week apart, never again.

what would be better a jebado or the nero 5

It's for a 2ft long tank so would just one Nero 3 be fine?

Sure, you can go with one for now. When you add some acros, you may need to add 1 more. Also, wait until Black Friday to get it at a cheaper price!

ok so one will be enough for some birds nest and some monti?

In my experience, yes. They are much easier than acros and don’t really need high flow. Also, make sure to use random flow mode since SPS love it.
