The orphek line is just a nice cone skimmer using a jebao dc pump rebranded as their own. Sure they are nice Skimmers but nothing different than the ones reefbreeders sells or the high seas line for a quarter of the price.

Best skimmer is very difficult to suggest . It all depends on your bio load ,feeding ,other filteration and most of all personal opinion .
Everyone has their favorites ..
If you ask me I would say Deltec from @Battlecorals ..
Bubbld King , Lifereef , ATB are the other amazing skimmers .
You can also look into European ones like Ultrareef Akula sold by @uniquecorals .. pretty famous among European Triton users

best skimmer i ever uses was DELTECs but have now changed to Reef Octopus since I have other responsibilities and on a budget- I know that Bubble king also make great skimmers

Nothing better than a Royal Exclusiv skimmer. Its what the rest of the industry copies. An why a Vertex looks like a Royal Exclusiv is that a few years ago Royal Exclusiv made their skimmer line. But they do not do that any more.
