Best pump for TLF GFO reactor

I'm setting up a new sump for a 40gb and need pump recommendations for my TLF gfo reactor. I already have a Rio 90 but I'm not sure it provides enough tumbling. What pumps do you use for your reactor?

anything around 200 gph should work. I use T from my return pump, but u can use maxi jet or something similar to it.

Thanks. I haven't plumbed it yet but I might in the future. I'll look up the Rio and see what the gph are.
