What internal pump would you use for a 50g Low Boy frag tank?
I've seen a few people using Gyre pumps with this tank.
The Maxspect Gyre XF230 with controller (2300gph) looks like a good deal on BRS for 289.

How would this work? Or do you have a better idea for flow in this tank?

Thank you

I assume it’s being used as a frag tank and not a shallow display. In the case I think the XF230 with the pumps running in reverse so they hit the bottom of the tank first and then circled up to the corals would be fantastic. This would keep everything suspended and you should have virtually zero detritus buildup.

Yes, a frag tank with some live rock and most mostly mushrooms and zoanthids.
I was thinking a Gyre pump, Maxspect or Icecap.
Thanks
