Best Quarentine/Treatment for Canadians

Hey all,

Gonna literally read up on a lot of the stickies in this forum to get some information. But, maybe while I'm doing this you can point me in a good direction?

Canadian laws have changed. And doing so has limited how we can Treat/Prevent disease in our tanks.
I plan on setting up a Quarentine Tank tomorrow, whats the best method and treatment? I know some people prefer to not Pre-treat new fishes and others do. Hyposalinity will treat only ICK, Freshwater Dip every new fish before adding to Quarentine?

So much info out there. And for those that DO pre-treat with meds before putting in Display, what do you do if you live in Canada?
