Too many variables for someone to meaningfully respond. My suggestion would be to go to AB+ (or other spectrum that you appreciate) at a very low intensity and ramp up slowing through the acclimation process. You will notice that if it is not enough light, the news will start trying to go up higher..if too much light they will try to hide in the shade. Unfortunatley, trial and error is the best you are going to get.
Please note: This suggestion is based on you not having anything else in your tank. Obviously, you have to make sure you are not accommodating your nems just to upset the rest of your tank. Its a tough balancing act.
