Is vinegar the only reef safe option for tool cleaning or would any other chemicals work?

it’s actually reef safe?EzeClean works pretty darned good.
I haven't thrown in anything that's been completely rusted, but the odd rust spot I've notices here and there easily scrubbed off after a soak (along with copious amounts of coralline algae). This product cleans rust?
I was going to lubricants for preventing rust but didn't know if the substances were safe to use around coral...I use Tsubaki (tea seed) oil and a rust eraser. An RODI rinse goes a long way to prevent any rust build up.

To go back to the original question, vinegar is very hard on plastics and rubber, so many use citric acid instead to clean pumps. (This may be what is in the product blaxsun posted but I'm not sure)Is vinegar the only reef safe option for tool cleaning or would any other chemicals work?
Natural oils are not like dousing your tools in WD-40. It's not much different than putting your hand in the tank. Of course moderation applies.I was going to lubricants for preventing rust but didn't know if the substances were safe to use around coral...
