Best return pump for a 40g at a reasonable price?

I've been meaning to replace it for a while because it's been a bit noicy and I suspect there maybe a little rust. Any recommendations would be appreciated

Sicce makes some good return pumps. They're pretty silent and work well. I got the 1.5 for my 32 BioCube for ~$53. It's rated for 357gph. You could also do the 2.0, rated for 568 gph

Jebao equipment gets mixed opinions in the hobby but I know there are many people who use their return pumps with a lot of success. Although if you can get a sicce that will do what you want for a similar price absolutely get the sicce.
