Best settings for Fluval 3.0 Bluetooth light ?

I am a beginner and just got my Fluval flex 32 sea. Can anyone provide me the light settings I should be using? Times, strengths, colors? Something that is well balanced overall that can supports fish, live rock and coral such as softies, sps, and Lps?

Images of settings, etc would help. As I really don’t know what settings I should change or use .

I highly doubt that light can grow sps. I can’t currently access my light settings but will post them as soon as I can.

Here are some par measurements that I took recently with two of the 36” Fluval 3.0’s over my 40 breeder that I use for supplemental lighting. Don’t know if this will assist you or not.
As for color settings, I always used blue, cyan and purple at 100%, then I put pink and white at the same level. You’ll need to turn the whites WAY up to get much par from these.
