Best settings for Kessils

Can someone tell me what the best settings are for FOWLR. I will have 2 kessil A160WE's tuna blue over a 40 gallon breeder. I do plan on doing some LDS and soft corals in future but FOWLR for a while until tank is established.

For a FOWLR you can set the spectrum and intensity to whatever is most appealing to your eye. With the spectral controller you can ramp them up/down to mimic sunrise/sunset.

If it's just a FOWLR, you can pretty much set them to whatever you want. Since there are no corals you have to be concerned about bleaching, you can turn them to whatever pleases your eye
