Best Skimmer for 32 Gallon Biocube?

I have a 32 Gallon Coralife Biocube, I have had problems with hair algae. I bought a Coralife skimmer, but wasn't very efficient. Looking for recommendations for a new skimmer. I am currently running the hood. Thanks, reefers.

Water changes will make a bigger impact than the skimmer will.

What are your alk/ca/no3/po4?

+1 on the water changes. I don't think my coral life one does very well in my BC
