Best skimmer pump for a good price??

I have a Berlin protein skimmer and it had a Rio 2500 on it that is shorted. Which one should I get for the best price?

Hi, so what's the real ? if you should get another rio pump or get a new skimmer? What size tank do u have and how many fish? Do u have a sump?

Well I wanted to keep my skimmer and just get a new pump and I don't want to go with Rio because I've heard about their problems. I don't have any fish yet but I'm setting up my 200 gallon tank and I have a sump/wet dry filter
