Anything 3 inches and unders will be a tasty snack as the lions get bigger.
Of my list the cardinals maybe the best option. A Toby puffer but they do may be a snack for thr lions.

Im not intending to keep the lionfish i am planning on switching it to a 2" starry blenny... so what are my new options? Thanks

im fairly certain chocolate chip star fish can prey on sleeping fish, i think you may wanna get rid of it too before getting anything small and peaceful.

What species of damsel fish did.you have?

Two stripe damsel fish, currently the cc sf just hangs on a corner with 3 legs nearly out of the water its funny, what if i get rid of it? Thanks.

Getting rid of it may be the best option, do you have a sump you could keep him in if you really like him?

Hmm yea 2 stripe damsels arent very nice. Springers damsels are much better behaved in my experience, very peaceful with mandarin and pictus blenny.

No sump, is a fowlr tank, this blenny however is from a friend and all it does is camouflage itself on the rocks rarely even swims lol anything else besides those damsels?

This list is in order of fish I love. None have been aggressive to other fish in my tank.
Filefish (but may eat your LPS coral)
Green Clown goby
Tailspot blenny
Red Firefish
Cardinalfish

A few more that haven't been mentioned.

Canary Blenny or Midas Blenny (open water, unlike most blennies)
Dracula Goby (will pair with pistol shrimps)
Randall's Goby (ditto)
Court Jester Goby (not a sand dweller like many gobies, hovers a lot)
Pink-Streaked Wrasse (very small wrasse)
Pygmy Possum Wrasse (ditto)
Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse (or other flasher wrasses; tank should have a lid)
Leopard Wrasse (presume you have sand, with the melanurus; my favorite leopard is the Blue Star female)
Hawkfish (but they'll eat your small ornamental shrimps)

Most damsels are indeed jerks; damsels of the genus Chrysiptera such as the Azure Damsel and the Springer's as already mentioned, are generally model citizens.

I love the idea of wrasse fairy or flasher.

My sapphire damsel finds this thread offensive!

what about the green chromis yall

Never in my tank due to uronema

Your current list is semi aggressive and may end up being the bullies to new fish if they are very passive. Something to keep an eye on. My dwarf angel has to bully every new fish for awhile.

I am not sure your budget but fathead Anthias are peaceful

Mine get along with each other but sometimes the cb angel appears to be a semi bully, im impressed the hoevens wrasse holds its own they are know to be peaceful, it nearly bit the angels eye off and the angel was like what the heck did u just do to me?(although he started the mini mini fight) and immediately they left it off peaceful, what about green chromis though?

Chromis are nice, but because they have such a high incidence of uronema, which is impossible to eradicate once it gets into a tank, I would only add them after a very long quarantine (2 months or more).
