Best Substrate for high flow tanks

Good Morning R2R,

Curiuos what my fellow reefers are using for substrate in high flow tanks. I've tried bare bottom and wasn't a fan. I ordered sand, but last night while trying to sleep and my brain having 1,000,000 thoughts, I came to the assumption i may need a more coarse substrate to keep it from blowing around. What's your go to?

I like carrib sea special grade, works great for my mixed reef. If you are truly running sps high flow, maybe look into crushed coral
