What is the best substrate for a reef aquarium?

depends on the flow rate you're putting through your tank.. Finest is best looking but you neeed something that won't get kicked up by your powerhead.

For me, it's a mix of arag-alive special grade mixed in with a little crushed coral geo marine since it's a high flow sps tank
