Best T5 HO for the money?

I am setting up a 48" frag tank and I need to buy lighting for it. What does everyone out there use? And what do you think is the best T5 lighting for the money?

I'm using an ice cap retro w/660 and one w/430 and like them.Also just add there lunarlite.Looks real nice with only them on at night.

I use catalina lights and love them....
you cant beat the price and the 5 year warrenty on the ballasts.

retro fit is the best for the money.
You will spend half the money as to buying a fixture and thats with Icecap 660's as your ballast.

For the money? That's tough...most people LOVE the ATI sunpower and will say that ranks 2nd to the ATI Powermodule. However, I know alot of people who are very happy with the Aquactinics that are slightly cheaper as well. The new TEK Elite is the one all the t5 guys are waiting for. They are cheaper than both ATI and Aquactinics and seems to correct their biggest criticism on their previous fixture, fans.

But IMHO, if you have some electrical knowhow and handy, buying a used/new 660 ballast and putting your setup up together is probably the best performance for the money.
