Best things to feed my corals!?

As far as target feeding goes i do mysis, coral frenzy pellets, and rods coral mix. Anything else you guys recommend to help everything grow faster?

I don't see any fish in that tank. I feed my corals fish pooh. Now if you don't have fish, I would suggest some coral foods. Also, what are you doing as far as maintaining alk and calc (and magnesium). Need these guys for corals to grow.

LRS Nano feeds my fish and coral

Is what I feed my tank on alternate days except I feed phytoplankton every night.

haha i have a convict and purple tang i just had my hands in the tang so they were hiding. i run a calcium reactor so my params are in check, just curious as to what to feed everyone lol and I've heard about the reef energy gunna give the other stuff a try too

Your tank looks amazing. Keep doing what your doing. Sometimes frags need to grow a little bit then they really take off growing. I notice this especially with chalice corals.

LPS - large pellet reef frenzy

SPS - 1-50 micron golden pearls 5-50 micron, powder reef frenzy - used to also feed oysterfest and instant baby brine shrimp too, but ran out.

Sounds like you are doing fine, but remember SPS need very small food.

I mostly just broadcast feed my fish Reef Frenzy, sometimes mixing in some Rods Food for the smaller particles and sometimes add Oyster Feast.
I've periodically spread Reef Chili throughout the tank but not lately.
So as mentioned above, mostly fish poo. and whatever other food floats by.
