Best time to feed Paly's and Zoa's

Some corals are pretty obvious when its best to feed them, but what about zoa's and paly's? I know technically they don't need to be fed...but I'm still curious.

I feed frozen with a baster. once the solids are in I use the juice to blow at the zoas. Phyto and coral frenzy and the like I just add on occasion.
