Best urchin for ugly stage?

I will finally have my tank moved Sunday. It's in bad shape me not being there keeping up on it. So the tank will get around 60% water change. I am just wondering what the best urchin is to help the snails. I am going to purchase new snails also.

Another thing to clean off rocks do I just swish think in old tank water. Or can I take a toothbrush to them?

A new toothbrush works really well. If you aren't doing it already a turkey baster to blast any detritus of the rocks will discourage algae growth. I really liked my tuxedo urchin, but he stuck mainly to the tank sides.

I have a pin-cushin and a Halloween in my 125.

They're good so far taking care of large swaths.

How bad are the rocks? Pictures? What kind of algae?
