Best value light to grow lps and softies?

Recently I upgraded tanks to a 120 gallon and looking to do lps and softies throughout. I have been looking at many light options but cant figure out which lights are not only the best for growing and showing the beauty of coral but also the best value. By best value I dont mean cheapest, but just lights that are worth the buck cause they are going to do what they are intended to do with no frills. But I am also not looking to spend hundreds of dollars on lights I just dont need. I am looking for something that not only is controllable but also not overkill. I dont want to spend more money than I should on a light that I will only run at a very small output to grow lps and softies.

I've grown softies, lps, and nems under black boxes with good success. I have other lights now but if I were starting over I would look into Noo psyche lights. There are quite a few post here on R2R about them.

You could go for simplicity and go with a good t5 fixture or a couple led bars. Just control when they come on and off.
