What is the best water level.....how far from the top.......level for a rimless tank

Bart, I'd u are doing a wave then enough below so it don't splash out. If not I'd think an inch or two would be sufficient.

2"-2.5" is the norm. I like mine in the 1.5 -2" range but it can get messy during cleaning the glass.

Rick thx for the number. Can you price a 48" overflow with a 1.5 hole 12" from each end with a lid?

Bart, I may have bulkheads in the garage that will fit that. Let me see. Are you going to do a bean style?

Bart I got your message. I realy liked my coast to coast overflow and will do something similar some day. My next tank will be in the center of a room visible from all 4 sides with the overflow box in the center.
