Best way To Acclimate Fish & Shrimp

Hey Reefers,
Right now I am on my way to the fish store and was curious the best way to acclimate my new cleaner shrimp. Nevertheless I was also curious the best way to acclimate fish when you have to do a quarantine dip for an hour after acclimating.

Hi! I always put my inverts in a bowl, inside a larger bowl or bucket and drip acclimate until the water in the bowl has been replaced completely with my tank water.
Will you be putting your new fish in a QT? Is this what you mean? You can just make sure the salinity, ph and temp match the water the fish is coming in and just transfer it over to the QT. I highly recommend QT... though I'm curious what you meant by a Quarantine dip?
