Best way to add new tang?

Hi I'm about to purchase a new yellow tang and want ideas on the best way to do this as I already have a Tomini Tang who has been in the tank since the 23/12 and is very active! In the tank I already have the fish below! The tank is a Red Sea 350xl with plenty of rocks and caves!
2x Percula clowns
Diamond goby
Royal gramma
Blue cheek goby
Flame hawkfish
Algae Blenny

not sure will make a difference ,just try to make sure healthy fish.
