Hey guys,
So after 3 baby clowns, I finally decided enough is enough, I watched my tank all day. Witnessed my fire shrimp grab onto a clown and tear his fins and pull him towards him as the fish attempted to swim away. Did this several times, the fish is safe don't worry. He smartened up to the shrimp rather quickly. My next question is I thought they were reef safe and good with fish? And how I can I catch him for trade for a skunk cleaner? I've ready about bottle traps, what do you guys think? Ever heard of a fire shrimp doing this??
Thanks for reading

Not really heard of a fire doing this... do you feed him? As far as catching him a net with krill inside should work just be patient.

Yep he eats the frozen food along with the fish. I even put the food directly in front of him to snag.

Wow, never heard of that. But if it's a baby I guess anything is possible. While trying to catch a purple psuedachromis with a fish trap I couldn't get my fireshimp out of the trap. Lol

I will take him off your hands,,,,the one I have is pretty big- teach your shrimp some manners.

Lol. I am short a fire shrimp too. Something must have taken advantage of him during a molt. But he won't be able to snag anyone in the 220

Willing to trade the big guy for some coral! Haha I can post some pics if you want.

If you were closer I would do that in a minute.
