Best way to frag mushrooms

I’ve got a wwc bounce and some other types I’d like to frag just getting ideas.

I was just at a great local fish store (Best Fish in Milwaukee) that I trust a lot - and so do a lot who of members of a local club swear by the store. He had a high end mushroom on a frag plug and had a small rubber band around the plug tightly across the middle of the shroom. He said he hear it would cause it to split. As a rule I would never repeat something I heard with out experience but I trust this guy a lot and it makes a lot of sense.
