Best Way to Glue Liverock?!

I have two brutes full of FIJI rock that is clean and dry, and am wondering what is the best way to glue it together for aquascaping. I have used hydraulic cement in the past and it worked good for awhile, but it eventually cracked and fell apart. Looking for a better solution!

Cool. That looks like hydraulic cement, but it adds a polymer that specifically says it keeps it from getting brittle and falling apart like mine did.
