Im starting to get an Aiptasia outbreak!....Tried Joes Juice. Didn't work so well. I have some growing out of a Frag plug but don't want to kill the Zoanthid Frag! What is the absolute best way to kill aiptasia?

i use aptaisa-x for small outbreaks.. I have a manjo wand as well.. (again limited success).. a bunch of peppermint shrimps is likely the best (berghia nudibranches are great, BUT they are not always easy to keep alive)..

Dude.... pull the plug, toss the frag, or frag the frag. It will cost you more to try to rid them.
I had the same issue, and there was no reason for me to roll the dice with hopes I got them all, and in my mind I would always be wondering if I fixed the problem for good.

Best way to kill them, is to thoroughly inspect and dip all frags.

I had an outbreak for a about a year. Would kill them off once a month with Aiptasia-X and that worked well... but, they were always back in full force the next month. I was finally able to rid all of them from my tank with a Copperband. He wiped them all out within the first week and is now a model citizen and always comes out to see me when I walk up to the tank.
