Best way to propagate Leptoseris? (Jack'O Lantern)

Hi guys!

I bought my first piece of Jack O'Lantern a few weeks ago and I'm really surprised by it's growth, it's already starting to encrust nicely where I expected it to take months to get where it is.

I put it on a rock to encrust on, but I was thinking of having a few frags of it now, so I can put it into different areas in the tank. The rock may be a bit tricky to break, would putting a frag plug next to where it's encrusting be good enough, and then once it's taken over, just cutting through it?

Great question! The only coral ive had success with fragging that way was gsp. Giving my opinion mostly to bump this!

Putting a disk or plug by the lepto is a good way to propagate it.
