Mine have taken over the tank. There are 3 in there and I could do with just one. They're nice and healthy. Next, what to do with it when it comes out?

I pointed a powerhead on it, and adjusted the flow, he'll move when he gets mad :)

I read somewhere I could that maybe ice could work? I don't think there is room to safely put a power head in there. Should I use gloves to take it out?

Ice works great. Put it on the base rub it all around. Wait like 20 mins repeat it will come off the rock. Also if you cam remove the rock hang the rock above the water with just the tips touching water he will let go to get back in water. Second way takes some time. Also try ice then hang out of water works the fastest.

I get shivers going down my back when I see “GBTA” that has quickly multiplied.

Do your “GBTA’s” stay real small? Maybe the size of a half dollar?

If so, you probably have Cribrinopsis crassa….a very pretty little anemone from the Mediterranean that multiplies like rabbits……. And It looks like a bubble tip. My tank quickly got up to over 50 of them when I finally cleansed the tank.

No, they're pretty big. I've had them a long time. The disk part is like 6-8" I guess? They just are getting too big. It started as a poor bleached thing. I have to find someone here that wants one.
