Best way to remove dead bubble algae?

So I've bleached my rock for 2 weeks and all algae is dead, hair algae disintigrated where as the bubble algae has lost all color leaving me with what looks like small crystal balls stuck to my rock all over the place.

What's the easiest way to get it off the rocks?

i'd say tweezers is safest or a toothbrush if you're truly sure it's completely dead
