Best way to remove phosphates?

So, my whole 'what is going on' series of questions is because;
Low to zero PO4 and NO3 can cause corals to suffer, even to the point of a slow death.
This is mostly evident with SPS, but can also affect LPS with their need for nutrients from the water column and ability to build skeletons.
Just talking out of my butt here ... do as you will :)

Don't take it the wrong way, just tryin' to inform ya
Yes since this is all LPS and softies I’m aiming for .03-.08 and 10-15 ppm no3

I would not use the LC without a skimmer js. Maybe in a filter sock

Use the recommended phos reducer, or one of your own choice, but in small quantities until you get it down to your liking. Just don't blast your tank with too much too soon ... this can cause issues.

Even with just a hang in back filter?

There is tons of precitate. You need some sort of mechanical filter
