Best way to safely lower high phosphates??

125, and yes I'm seriously thinking that I need to remove the rocks.
My biggest concern is the huge pod population being decimated by removing the rocks and sand and washing.

I don’t know if o would be comfortable removing all rocks and sand all at once .
but it would be pointless to do little bits at a time .

The substrate is caribsea black Hawaiian and the ship is a aquarium decoration from petco a friend bought us. Lol

Please let me know a good way besides small water changes as this is mine.

Nitrates look a little high . I keep mine under and around 20 . I keep my phosphates between .05 and .1 closer to .1 because that’s what my coral like . I have a mixed tank . As I stated earlier I’ve had good luck with Rowaphos and in a high pho’s situation I use min dose phosphate - E daily until I hit many goal .
