Whats the best way to setup my 3155 tunze in the sump? The sensor on a seperate magnet or same magnet? And i need to open the controller and switch it to my tank size 200g?

What about opening up the board and selecting between max and nano?I would use it on the same magnet unless there is some reason that does not work on your sump.
It’s not hard you just remove the screws to take the cover off and there is a knob that turns which adjust how much water the pump puts out. You just need to make sure it pumps enough water to finish topping off the tank within 10 minutes, but not so much that if it fails and ran for 10 minutes would be enough water to cause problems. What about opening up the board and selecting between max and nano?
Understadable. My question was moreIt’s not hard you just remove the screws to take the cover off and there is a knob that turns which adjust how much water the pump puts out. The 3155 has a failsafe that if neither sensor shuts it off it will only run for 10 minutes before it assumes there is a problem and shuts itself off.
understandable my question was it i have a 200 gallons i should be switching it to max? The knob just changes how quickly the pump moves the water, kinda like adjusting a dc return pump. If both of the sensors fail the ATO will pump water for 10 minutes before shutting down. As long as running the pump at max for 10 minutes wouldn’t overflow your sump then it’s fine to set it on max. How high it should be set would depend on how much spare room for water your sump has.Understadable. My question was more

From what tunze explained it to me that the knob represent on how big of a water volume u have u need to switch the knob accordingly thats why im confusedThe knob just changes how quickly the pump moves the water, kinda like adjusting a dc return pump. Hopefully I’m understanding your question.
Unless I understand it wrong it really has more to do with how much water the pump needs to pump before the optical sensor turns it back off, and how much extra water space you have in your sump. From what tunze explained it to me that the knob represent on how big of a water volume u have u need to switch the knob accordingly thats why im confused
