Best way to solve this algae.

Hello everyone, I have this algae that I don't really know what it is, is it bad?, and if it is what is the best way to approach battling it. It also only grows on my back wall.

manually scrape them off with a razor blade. also Bristletooth tang, sea urchin, Turbo Snail, UV light, make sure water parameters are good, etc.
