Best way

Joes jucie has always worked for me and doesn't harm any corals. You could always try peppermint shrimp or a coral banded butterfly as well!

I have one that had a majano on it and I just took the clam out of the tank and scraped it off, rinsed it in a pitcher of tank water and then put it back in the tank. If you do it this way, just make sure you tap the shell to "burp" the clam incase it sucked in air while out of the water.

I wouldnt use joes juice or kalk or anything like that around a clam. Just remove it and scrape it off as already suggested
