Hey everyone as the title states what would be the best wrasse for a 50 cube. I really like the yellow wrasse but my sand bed is only about an 1"-1.5" so not sure if that's the best option. There are currently no other tank mates. Also I've seen where wrasses are susceptible to flukes is this true if so is a fresh water dip a good idea? If so would one be a good idea after shipping or should I wait a few days. Is there a beat QT procedure for wrasses?

Best is relative. Different strokes for different folks.

I researched this question for some time as well. My research points me to the yellow wrasse or yellow canary same I think. Peaceful , vibrant , out and about kind of a fish with a purpose

I liked the 6 line wrasse at one point but hear they are jerks when matured

Best may be a pink streaked wrasse or a possum wrasse. I love those guys.
