I found my way here while researching an imminent seam failure on my Red Sea Reefer 750 XXL. I'm reading through the long thread on this to see what is awaiting me. Red Sea has already committed to sending me a new tank and stand.

Sorry to hear about this. In fact it’s hard to hear that the seems on the Red Sea tanks aren’t very good. Red Sea used to be gold standard
