Better plan for rock w/GHA?

So I have an outbreak of GHA I've been dealing with (caused by me, I know what happened).

I have several rocks that are really bad. So which of these is a better plan for the longevity of the tank.... which by the way is doing great, coral wise.

1) remove rock, remove GHA, and leave out of the tank to dry for several days?
2) remove rock, remove GHA, and spray with H2O2 & put back into the tank?
