They are about 1/8th of an inch long.

Looks like sympodium but will need clearer pics under white lighting to confirm

Looks like hydroids. Tweezers will get rid if them.

No aptasia and no hydroids. These are Nausithoe jellyfish. I have a small colony in my tank that never bothered anything.
They multiply very slowly and can't spread through the tank but their sting packs quite a punch (Dont touch them they freaking hurt). They are probably bothering the zoas so you may need to remove them.

Btw my strain has green glowing tentacles in uv/blue light.

Yes actually. Sometimes during a water change they release a few tiny swimmers. They are only a few millimeters large and impossible to keep though. They tubes aren't empty after this but need some time to regenerate.
