He stated he had a few mp40s for sale 2 old and 1 newer model. I bought the newer model off of him, sent the money, he said he would ship out on Tuesday of this week. Last I heard from him was last Thursday I believe. Never answered me again. I since have opened a dispute thru PayPal and look forward to getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!

Sorry to hear the problem. I am in this position with a different person too..I hope PayPal will protect the buyer..
