I ordered quite a few snails from live aquaria. Maybe 40 total The total was under the free shipping amount. Lots of empty shells and dead snails on arrival. The net result was I maybe ended up with 10 total snails, which I paid $40 shipping for. They refused to refund shipping and would not send me the other 30 snails. They would only give me a refund for the missing snails and DOA snails. I ended up paying an EXTRA $4 per snail due to the shipping charges.

I won't ever order from Petco (liveaquaria) again. Beware of ordering snails from them. The number of empty shells I received was unacceptable. No quality control.

@zalick We apologize for the concerns you have described --We can and should have extended a better resolution. Please PM us your order details so we are able to review and reach out to you. Thank you!
