What is everyone’s experience with them eating majano’s? I am to the point of almost nuking my tank. Have read that they possibly eat them. At this point I am not worried if it nip and occasional coral or not. I am just fighting a losing battle right now.

My angelfish have never even looked sideways at any of my anemones. Supposedly the bristle tail filefish is a majanos killer, but they may inadvertently go after other things you don't want them to.

My filefish will not touch them. It mows down aptasia with no problems so I have been praying it will decide to take a bite.

What kind of butterfly would you think? I am at the point I need to do something sooner than later.
I had a Kleins butterfly that devoured aptasia and destroyed majanoes. The majanoes would remain shriveled up all the time but they were still hard to actually pull out and kill. Depending on how many you have, I eventually put all my live rock in a brute and just let water evaporate causing super high salinity therefore killing them all within months. Then I just started over and learned my lesson.
