I️ have a Bi-Color Blenny and a Damsel, I️ was wondering if these two will be okay with one another? The Damsel has been in my tank for about a month and I️ just placed my Blenny into the tank today and the Damsel keeps circling and fussing with the Blenny. Any ideas?

Thanks, Dakota

That's what most damsels do, if the blenny keeps its head low the damsel will lay off in a week or so but they will still squabble from time to time, both are pretty territorial fish.

I will offer you this piece of advice, get the blenny some nori (prepared algae sheets) to eat. This looks like a very new tank will little to no algae growth for the blenny to consume. They need algae in their diet to stay healthy. If it takes to flakes, omega one and some other companies make some algae flakes that even my longnose hawkfish loves to eat.

Thanks for advice. I️ have some brown algae on the glass but my rocks lost their brown algae and now are growing coralline algae. So should I️ still feed him algae sheets? I️ feed my other fish brine shrimp

Trust me, algae on the glass is not enough for them, learned that lesson the hard way... three times with three different blennies.
