Hi Guys

I notice this morning while feeding that my Bicolored Anagelfish has a swollen cheek.
Having trouble getting clear pic so i cant post it here but it literately looks like someone punched him...

I recently moved him from QT 4 days ago, did not have any symptoms of this. Also he did get stuck on net while moving him.

Has anyone seen this on a fish ?

Thanks in Advance

Any nems or stinging corals he might have tried to nip on? Any bristleworms?

He does bother my Zoa's a bit
I don't have any nems, havnt seen any bristleworms either.
I do have ricordea, euphyllias & an elegance coral but he leaves theme alone.

He's behavior hasn't changed : still swimming around around live rock looking for algae & he ate as soon as i dropped pellets.
Hope it's a temporary bruise,

the swelling has gone down & no longer visible
thx for you help
