Big baby clownfish

Hi guys could really do with some help on my baby clownfish, it’s belly seems to have really puffed up. I’ve had it for couple months now in my first reef tank and it seems happy still but I’m worried about the size of him.
P.S it’s on both side of the clownfish

All baby clownfish are male but I like your optimism!
