Yikes. Looks like remnants of a worm or something leafy. While not normal looking poop, if breathing is normal and it is eating- Keep an eye on it
Im concerned however with your rock which is showing an algae known as calothrix which characteristic to cyano which suggests elevated nitrate and phosphate. This is not a clean up crew type algae but one in which rock needs to be removed and placed in a tub of tank water and scrubbed with a firm toothbrush and peroxide and returned to tank. Lower white light intensity after cleaning and also add snails such as nerite, chiton, ninja star, trochus and some crabs such as Pitho, carribean blue leg and female emeral;s crabs.

Got those put one lf those feeder pyramid in the tank when on vacation. Just dosed with chemicals and water changed

Feeder pyramid? You mean those plaster food blocks? I’ve never used those in marine tanks except with parrotfish.

Yeah we went away for a few days no one could come feed the fish so. That wont be used again.
