Tuxedo urchins do not eat corals as far as I know, It can pick things up to camouflage itself but thats about as dangerous as it will be in your tank.
Alright than. Coral beauty is still alive today. She hasn’t eaten in a while as far as I know. Shes somewhat fat becuase I bought her like that so she’s got some stuff to burn. Still worried.
Neptune did just come out with a NP (Nitrate & Phos.) Trident, but that's very expensive. I would reccomend getting Hanna or Salifert phos. and nitrate tests, and test often. Find a way to keep track of them (I like to use an app called Aquatic Log). To lower them, grow macro, do WCs, or there are some chemicals that'll work. To increase them, Randy has a recipe that may work for you. Read through this thread :

Last checked last Wednesday at 80ppm coral beauty is suffering. Did 15 gal water change and planning to do another on monday
To start I don't believe you can get an automatic nitrate tester for under 300 dollars. Your next best option would be a Hanna checker. I know you have asked about carbon dosing in the past. Is there any reason why you did not do it?

My kit may be expired we will see though. Where do I find the date on API kits?
Even an expired API will give results, especially for nitrate.
